Shipping Policy
Delivery lead time should only be used as a guide. MOISELLE will try to minimise any potential delays; however, we cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments.
Hong Kong SAR Local Delivery:
- Free Shipping: Single purchase upon HKD$4000 or above. Delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery cost HKD$50 will be added to your final payment for purchase below HKD$4000.
For local delivery, we shall dispatch the products ordered approximately 3-7 business days after the order confirmation.
Upon arrival of the product(s), all orders require a signature on a receipt upon delivery.
International Delivery:
Customers are liable to pay for all import duties, customs fees, tax and VAT which may be levied by the destination countries.
